RHN Wagyu Meat Market
A Shopify store that stays in sync with the butcher's Square POS
Shopify · Food DTC & local retail · white-label via LaunchTitans
Shopify build for a Florida wagyu ranch's meat market, with a custom scraper that pulled every product image from Square, Square–Shopify sync and subscriptions.

Problem
The meat market already sold in person through Square, where its whole catalogue and product photos lived. Rebuilding that catalogue by hand in Shopify, then keeping both systems matched, would have been slow and error-prone.
Solution
We built the Shopify store, wrote a scraper that brought every product image over from Square, connected Square and Shopify so the catalogue stays in sync, and added subscriptions.
The client
RHN Wagyu Meat Market sells hormone-free, antibiotic-free wagyu raised on a family ranch in Central Florida: steaks, ground beef, roasts, brisket and sausages, with pickup, local delivery and nationwide shipping.
The challenge
The shop counter ran on Square, so Square was where the real catalogue lived: products, prices and every product photo. Launching online meant either re-entering all of it in Shopify, or making the two systems work together.
What we built
Delivered white-label through LaunchTitans:
- The Shopify store, built around how people actually buy meat: by cut, best sellers and weekly specials.
- A custom scraper that pulled every product image out of Square and into Shopify, so the catalogue launched with real photos instead of placeholders.
- Square ↔ Shopify sync, so the counter and the website don’t drift apart.
- Subscriptions, for customers who want their regular order on repeat.
