Problem
Subscribe & Save drives Muzzle's repeat revenue, and Shopify's built-in subscriptions couldn't do everything the brand needed. Retention emails and reporting also relied on too much manual work.
Solution
We built a custom subscription module that runs outside Shopify's subscription system, connected AI automation to Klaviyo, built reporting tools, and look after the store with regular maintenance and development.
The client
Muzzle makes mouth-tape sleeping strips that encourage nasal breathing and quieter sleep, for adults and kids, sold with subscriptions, multi-packs and a sleep quiz.
What we built
Delivered white-label through LaunchTitans, the brand’s US e-commerce agency:
- A custom subscription module, built outside Shopify’s own subscription system, so Subscribe & Save works the way the business needs rather than the way the default app allows.
- AI automation integrated with Klaviyo, so customer data and behaviour drive the right emails without someone building each one by hand.
- Reporting tools, so the team can see what’s working without stitching spreadsheets together.

Regular maintenance and development: updates, fixes and new features as the store grows.
