## Problem

Subscribe & Save drives Muzzle's repeat revenue, and Shopify's built-in subscriptions couldn't do everything the brand needed. Retention emails and reporting also relied on too much manual work.

## Solution

We built a custom subscription module that runs outside Shopify's subscription system, connected AI automation to Klaviyo, built reporting tools, and look after the store with regular maintenance and development.

## The client

[Muzzle](https://muzzlesleep.com) makes mouth-tape sleeping strips that encourage nasal breathing and quieter sleep, for adults and kids, sold with subscriptions, multi-packs and a sleep quiz.

## What we built

Delivered white-label through [LaunchTitans](https://launchtitans.com), the brand’s US e-commerce agency:

-   **A custom subscription module**, built outside Shopify’s own subscription system, so Subscribe & Save works the way the business needs rather than the way the default app allows.
-   **AI automation integrated with Klaviyo**, so customer data and behaviour drive the right emails without someone building each one by hand.
-   **Reporting tools**, so the team can see what’s working without stitching spreadsheets together.
