## Problem

A growing snack brand needed a Shopify store, a development team it could rely on week to week, and retention that didn't depend on someone sending every email by hand.

## Solution

Working through LaunchTitans, we built the Shopify store, set up and ran the development team, built the Klaviyo email flows and added AI automation for customer service.

## The client

[Howdy Snax](https://howdysnax.com) makes South African-style biltong, droëwors and boerewors in Florida: high-protein, zero-sugar snacks sold direct to consumers, plus gift sets and a build-your-own bundle.

## How we work together

We’re the engineering team behind the store, working white-label for [LaunchTitans](https://launchtitans.com), the brand’s US e-commerce agency. LaunchTitans owns the client relationship; we scope, build and ship inside their process.

## What we did

-   **Built the Shopify store.**
-   **Set up and ran the development team** that keeps the store moving after launch: planning, QA and releases.
-   **Klaviyo email flows** for retention.
-   **AI automation for customer service**, so routine questions get answered without someone on the inbox.
