## Problem

Daily superfoods are a repeat purchase, so subscriptions matter, and Shopify's built-in subscriptions weren't flexible enough. Email and reporting needed less manual work as the brand sold into more markets.

## Solution

We built a custom subscription module outside Shopify's subscription system, connected AI automation to Klaviyo, built reporting tools, and keep the store moving with regular maintenance and development.

## The client

[Detox Organics](https://detoxorganics.com) sells certified-organic superfood powders for digestion, bloating and daily energy, to customers in around 30 markets.

## What we built

Delivered white-label through [LaunchTitans](https://launchtitans.com), the brand’s US e-commerce agency:

-   **A custom subscription module**, built outside Shopify’s own subscription system, so repeat orders follow the brand’s rules rather than the default app’s.
-   **AI automation integrated with Klaviyo**, turning customer data into timely, relevant emails without hand-building every flow.
-   **Reporting tools**, giving the team a clear view of sales and subscriptions.
